Lake City Motel

Not very much—needs a good thorough cleaning. The linens were clean; but the walls, trim and floors need a good refreshing with a coat of paint.

No hot water due to an electric power outage of over 4 hrs. Hot Water was supposed to be restored shortly after we registered; but still no hot water the following morning. Coffee itself was supplied; but no sugar/sweetener/milk/creamer/tea or utensils.

No breakfast?

Older property, but otherwise ok.

The welcome was perfect, the person who was in charge was very kind. I met other members and they were all very friendly

He mentioned that the rooms were non-smoking, but as soon as we opened our room door, we had a huge smell of old cigarettes that persisted even with ventilation. I simply believe that the smell is impregnated in the walls and the paint, we still had burns on the bathroom counters. I think a simple rejuvenation should be in order because in general the motel is very nice and several amenities are nearby.

Room was clean.

Electrical outlets for chargers were worn out.

Lack of staff's attention to detail, their attitude, none responsive when calling them especially at night, and not maitaing the property
