Beautiful bungalows amid lovely garden right on the beach

The location of the hotel right on the beach. The beautiful pool as well as the beach. We liked that there was a restaurant on site. The garden was very beautiful and taken care of. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We traveled with a baby and they provided a cot with mosquito net for free. Everybody was super friendly with our son.

The cleaning of the room can be improved and refurbishments are needed (bathroom, room, new beach towels). Regarding payment, be aware that the credit card machine does not work (even if it says the contrary on Booking). We learned 30 minutes before departure that we could either pay by cash or organize a bank transfer. Not a nice thing to learn last minute especially if you have been staying a few nights and have bills from the restaurant. Overall we had the feeling that management was not on site which leaded to a lesser quality of service.

It would be great to have a fridge in the villa for cold drinks etc.

Simple, lovely accommodations in Pemuteran. We also arranged a snorkeling day trip to Menjangan Island, which was beautiful! Staff are kind and helpful, and the gardens are quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor shower.

The restaurant offers a fine breakfast, but we had better dinners elsewhere.

The rooms were small and dated. The door was broken from the bathroom, which we couldn’t mention because the whole staff is gone at 6 PM. The bathroom was beautiful outside, but the toilet needed an update / new seating. There was renovation going on in the main areas, so the restaurant was closed for lunch/dinner, so facilities were slim to none.
