Very friendly and attentive staff; location is very nice and room is quite comfortable. Excellent breakfast and especially the flexibility in accommodating dietary requests plus the homey feeling provided.

Keeping in mind this is a pure B&B therefore no daily housekeeping ( yes fresh towels always available upon request) , no particular amenities or facilities like a pool i find overall the daily rate to be a bit too high for what you get.

Rooms are clean, good sized and the view is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are great - they give excellent recommendations.

The sound proofing of these rooms just isn't good - it feels like the next door neighbors are in the room with you. Also the Internet is pretty abysmal - it's better to just not offer it rather than deal with how frustrating it is.

Great facility with absolutely lovely staff, fantastic breakfast but pricey

Easy to get to and awesome instructions provided by the caretaker. Wonderful service, beautiful grounds and view, friendly people, and quiet aside from the frogs. But that's not really something that can be controlled. Rooms were cool, and the provided coffee was appreciated~

The gate is pretty loud to open up and close. Not really an issue in the daytime, but we came in around 11pm to midnight and I couldn't help but feel worried it was going to wake people up. Otherwise, all was good.

Great location and great stay. Lynne was a very nice hostess and was available whenever needed. We found the driveway a bit nonvisible at night despite the really detailed directions via email. Other than that, it was a wonderful place.
