Always stay here for my vacation, close to the shop and restaurant, and about 20ish min from knotts Berry and Disney descent continental breakfast and the lady's that work the breakfast area are amazing

"Not a great hotel"

The new staff at check in desk were quite rude, they need to be trained in customer service. Head of housekeeping extremely rude and arrogant. Hotel is outdated and carpets need cleaning . Rooms have a musty odor, bed sheets dirty dingy and worn out. The bathroom had cracked tile and shower was not great. They over charge and do not fix their mistakes. Go to La Quinta next store for a better experience
