Review Points for Resort World 1. Room Allocation: Although we requested connected rooms at the time of booking, we were placed quite far apart. It would have been more convenient for our group if our proximity request had been prioritized. 2. Maintenance & Facilities: Upon check-in, both rooms had issues with the bathroom fixtures. While these were resolved promptly once we escalated the matter to the manager, it would have been better if the rooms had been fully inspected before our arrival. 3. Housekeeping Consistency: The daily housekeeping service was inconsistent. On several occasions, essential items like hand towels, drinking water, and hot beverage supplies were not replenished after the rooms were "made up," requiring us to call and wait for them to be delivered. 4. Excellent Staff & Service: A major highlight was the front desk team. They provided helpful guidance on local tourist spots and went above and beyond by arranging minimal decorations for an anniversary celebration, which was a very thoughtful touch. 5. Ambiance & Entertainment: The hotel offers a beautiful scenic view that really adds to the experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which created a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for the guests. And the worst part was neither the booking.com team could do anything regarding this issue ... I was suppose to get a reply on this within 24-48 hours ... and i am still waiting the reply resort has to say on this ... this was my first experience in last 15 years and really dont know why booking.com could take any action on this matter ... thankyou

BDIn a word, the sea view room experience was mind blowing. Waking up to the open ocean each morning is breathtaking. Included breakfast was good. Appreciate the water refilling system. Reception was helpful.
