Location was convenient and the surrounding weather was nice, but unfortunately the poor cleanliness and slow response from staff completely ruined the stay.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Resorts World Awana. The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. There were lizard droppings on the bed sheets, on the table, around the sides of the room, and even on the floor. It was honestly disgusting and shocking that a room could be handed over to guests in this condition. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were stained as well. I immediately requested for a room change, but despite calling multiple times, nothing was done promptly. I had to call 3 times before the staff finally arranged for another room. This was a very unpleasant experience and far below basic hotel hygiene standards. Cleanliness and responsiveness should be the minimum expectation for any hotel, especially one under a well-known resort brand. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Cool weather. Room with a view of the golf course. Cuckoo water dispenser at the corridor is convenient. Swimming pool and gym. Free shuttle service to and from Premium Outlet is a bonus.

Hotel should not charge parking for hotel guest. Each time drive out, there is a RM5.00 parking fees. Supposedly there is a green park for hotel guest to enjoy which now converted into a parking lot. Too commercialised to charge hotel guest for the walking trails. No alternative of trails for hotel guest to enjoy on their own with no fees imposed. Food choices of restaurants is limited and taste is so-so.

Loved this place! Location is super good, very convenient and 👍 Service on point. Room is big and perfect for hang out.

Room a bit old and there were some minor cleanliness issues, as the bedsheets had a few stains.
