Water House on Main street by TO

Spacious and well appointed.

We enjoyed the location and the room was spacious and well-appointed. Very comfortable. The housekeeping could have been better. The remote control was sticky and there was hair left on the shower wall. We also found random socks in various locations. Another issue was that there was A LOT of noise early Sunday morning. I think maybe it was related to trash pickup - but it just went on and on. Very disruptive to sleep - prior to 8 am on a Sunday. Annoying. Finally - there needs to be better explanation that the room is in the WEST side. And there needs to be signage of the WEST side. There is NOTHING marking that in the garage or on the outside. There are several markings for the East Water House elevator - which makes it seem like it's the only one. So we went up the wrong elevator with all of our stuff - and had no idea where the room was. The next day, we helped someone else who had made the same error. They need to explain that better at the front desk. And there should be signage.

Excellent location to access the Quicksilver Superchair, the ski valet and bars and restaurants. Rooms, parking and amenities as advertised.

Great view of winter courtyard, fireplace. Very convenient to shops and restaurants.

Nice place, good location. No coffee filters or other kitchen consumables other than salt and pepper and a not very fresh packet of coffee. Main desk and ski storage a bit far 2 buildings away

I got a bit lost in the parking but only once and then found my bearings.

The place itself was awesome. Great location, very clean. The kitchen supplies could use additional items- more utensils, basic cooking items , etc.

The property was clean, well positioned to both the runs and the town. The service from the ski valet was great, the hot tub was a welcome relief after a hard day on the slopes. Watch out for the Fox looking for scraps! The only issue with the property was both the main bed and the pull out bed had very soft mattresses and were uncomfortable. Not always a great night sleep I would recommend the property as a great family venue

This place is in the perfect location on Main Street. The rooms are clean and the hot tubs are great. The only bad thing was that my TV didn’t work, I guess because of the weather. After the satellite wouldn’t come through I rented a movie from the lobby and pressed every button on both remotes after the previews were done but the actual movie never played. It just kept saying “that action is not available” and so I watched the previews three times before giving up.
