-For security purposes, guests are required to present the original credit card used for payment upon check-in. -The card must be verified through our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system in accordance with banking security guidelines. -If the original credit card cannot be presented, the hotel reserves the right to charge another available credit card or an alternative payment method provided at check-in. -Any prior payments made will be refunded to the original credit card, with a 5% deduction for credit card fees. -Please note that in cases of missing or damaged items, such as furniture, electronics, stained linens or towels, resulting from guest’s actions. -Guests will be responsible for covering the repair, replacement, or cleaning costs. -Any special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences. -Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. -Please note that the hotel requires advance notice of your expected arrival time. -You can provide this information either in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
