Great location and excellebt pool

I booked a twin room weeks in advance. The booking was confitmed abd in the run up to visiting the hotel messaged a couple of times (arrival time, etc). My 19 yr old son and i afrived to be advised there were no twin rooms available and were offered a double. No explanation as to why they didnt message me to advise. No option but to pay to upgrade to a suite. Great room but 50% extra cost. The family who followed us appeared to have the same problem. If you ate visiting i would triple check in advance.

Location was great, I had requested numerous times for a pool access room and any late cancellation to please put me in. I even said I would pay straight away if they could get me in, Even on the day before my booking there was a room free but I was told I couldn’t swap as I had booked online, that didn’t help me at all. Staff were perfect, especially Toey on the front desk, she was amazing and always very helpful,

I fell over in the room as there was no rubber mats for the slippery area between the bath tub and floor, I fell one night and have severely injured my wrist. (Waiting for X-rays but it looks like it’s broken) I also have a lot of bruising to my legs, back and butt cheek, as you could imagine this ruined the last 2 days of my holiday, When I advised the front desk they said This does happen and there are rubber matts to put on the floor, that information was a little late, The room was great accept for the bathroom,

Great staff and location and pool was beautiful

The tiles near the water feature where broken and I don’t like the bathtub and shower together. Maybe just have showers.
