Hotel Quadrifolio

The Quadrifolio is like entering a palace hidden behind an unassuming door. We were immediately enveloped in the tranquility of soothing music, given a cooling drink and the street noise outside became non-existent. The pool is fabulous, the breakfast delicious with course after course that we had to decline as it would have been too much. The location in the historic centre is perfect and our room was huge and very comfortable. The staff are all so kind, from the cleaners to the bar/kitchen/waiting/reception staff. It was luxury, being taken care of by superb professionals. Thank you all.

Sadly there was building work going on next door, which had nothing to do with the hotel, but it was noisy with banging and drilling, which was a huge disruption to the peace of the hotel. Thankfully, this wonderful staff member at reception, (whose name I forget, apologies), took charge to arrange times of day when the work took place, to coincide with when we were out. In addition, she arranged for my husband & I to have a massage, which we did before our long flight back to England, and for which we are very grateful.

Hotel Quadrifolio provided lovely, comfortable accommodations coupled with generous, hospitable staff. Location is perfect for exploring the historic center and surrounding areas. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay. You feel safe and can rest in a nice and cool room after a hot sightseeing day in Cartagena. The location is perfect and is inside the wall city. Highly recommend.

Great location, quiet street but very close to everything the old city has to offer. Exceptional staff. Always so helpful with any request. Nice clean rooms were very comfortable.

Rooftop pool area could have been a little improved with a shade and some chairs.

Beautiful setting and design

Entry and exit to the property is complicated - you need to ring a bell and wait for the door to be opened. Leaving requires unbolting various locks

The staff was super helpful (Alice and Luis and others). Location was great. Facility lovely and very quiet and clean.

This hotel has two big Assets: Location and staff. The Location is excellence as it is in the exact Heart of the City and most of the Monuments are within walking distance. The staff is trully amazing! Everyone is very kind and helpful and obliging. They trully made our stay wonderful!!

The staff were so friendly, fulfilling every wish. Extraordinary!!
