Loved the excursions and guides. The meals were also extremely good.

We stayed at this property at the end of our vacation in Chile. It's an all inclusive resort (transportation, daily tours, dining, drinks etc) but I only opted for breakfast and accommodation - they have this offer occasionally. It's a nice property but we didn't feel it's worth the cost we paid. Many reviewers said that their organized tours make up for it but since we didn't take any tour, we felt underwhelmed by the hotel. The room is OK, has no TV or refrigerator. Breakfast was not as extensive considering this is one of CN Travelers Gold List. No made to order station, only pre-cooked eggs, pancakes, some bakery, ham, cheese, cut fruits, cereals, yogurt. The best part was freshly made fruit juice. If it was half of the price, I would have given 4 stars. We certainly had stayed at much better places for less.

Great guides and tours, amazing food even for vegetarians, fast WiFi. Probably one of my favorite hotels of all time, although very pricey.

Very comfortable & stylish hotel to come back to after yours in atacama. Indoor & outdoor pools available to all guests, food excellent including wide selection at breakfast. Staff very friendly & helpful, all spoke at least some English. very expensive compared to other hotels in the area but worth it if you can afford it. I did b&b as more affordable & did my tours with other companies & ate out some of the time.

Great tours in good company (very small groups) with people from all over the world. Friendly and knowledgable staff guided us through stunning desert landscapes. Good food choices and beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms.

After the flight to Calamma and transfer to the Hotel all we wanted was the bathroom and a glass of water. However the Manager was more concerned about the Hotels indemnity insurance, copies of our Visa and passport documents than our welfare. In addition, no copy of what we signed was provided. However this was a minor glitch as my partner and i thoroughly enjoyed the six nights we stayed here. The all inclusive package is great, the guides, bar and wait staff were fantastic. The food is also very good, why they offer fish in the desert was odd, always go for the land based offerings, the lamb cutlets were just superb! My partner disliked the colour of the pool water, to me it was fine considering you're in the desert. I was told that the Atacama experience is like diving with the whale sharks at Ningaloo, a once a lifetime opportunity. My friends were, 'right on the money'. In addition, we met some amazing people.

Sensational Resort / Hotel with amazing views and first class facilities. The rooms are well designed, [ including both an indoor and outdoor shower ] very realxing lounge / liesure areas to read, play board games or have a quiet drink. The spa & pool area is very impressive and provides everything that you need, including super comfy pool furniture. Food was generally good, selection sometimes limiting and lacking a little in creativity. All the tours / outings were wonderful and the guides were very helpful and informative. Yes its on the expensive side but in the end worth it.
