Charming older property, updated enough for comfort, but not so much as to obscure its character. Lovely garden area to sit with a glass of wine and nibbles after a day’s exploration. Very convenient to everything in Aorere, including two very interesting little museums right across the street.

My only nitpick would be the towels, which were as soft as a plush toy, but felt quite synthetic on wet skin.
