"Great location, friendly staff and good value"

Friendly reception, very welcoming and easy instructions to room. Location is excellent and met our needs for our family holiday. Easy access to plenty of good restaurants and walking distance to both the old town and the new town. We have stayed a few times and will definitely stay again. Perfect swimming pool with life guards all day and nice pool cafe/bar.

Apartments could do with a little refurb but they were clean and for the cost they are value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is right in the centre, making it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. Everything from the lobby to the rooms felt clean, fresh, and well looked after. The reception team were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was local recommendations or quick assistance.

WiFi was mainly available in the reception area not the rooms

It's location was central and staff were pleasant. The areas we used were generally clean . I would stay here again as it was good value

They couldn't accommodate an early check in . We were on the third floor and no lift available which was tough to navigate with heavy luggage. A lot of areas need a bit of work ie painting of outside walls .
