Location

Dirty terrace on arrival. No sweeping brush available to clean . Gate from street to the property didn't respond to the code. Had to call the cleaner back a few times to clean the whole appartment.

"For us, it was a good base to enjoy Puerto del Carmen and the island"

The staff were all very helpful, storing our bags until the room was ready, keeping the pools and grounds clean and smart, arranging a taxi for our departure, and especially those who cleaned our rooms - they were great.

The apartment itself needed to be updated - the bathroom had some tiles missing, and it would be nice to have some more equipment in the kitchenette.
