Elevator was broken and we were placed on the third floor with a baby and a dog to lug all our stuff up the flights of stairs. The ice machine was also broken on our side of the hotel we got into our room and the thermostat was set to 56° and the heat was off in the middle of a winter storm.

this place is not safe. City health dept closed swimming area. The elevator broke 5 or 6 times each day. The TV kept going off and on. Guest washing machine did not work. We checked out days early. They never called elevator repair service. We would suggest no one to ever stay at this hotel. There are many others in area and that is what we did, moved to another motel that gave good service.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy, pool was a great time! food was good, however the elevator wasn't working , besides that we had a great trip!

Below freezing outside and room heating did not work. It took 4 trips to the front desk complaining before we were given another room with a working heater.
