"Wonderful stay with outstanding service"

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and all the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the delicious flavor of the food. The location is very convenient and the room decoration is beautiful, making the whole place feel warm, cozy, and welcoming.

Great staff!! Joseph was the best! They really made our stay memorable.

Only negative was the superior rooms windows all face the enclosed courtyard so no fresh air comes in with the window open and you can hear conversations from below. There is a ceiling fan that helped but the stand alone air conditioner if activated blew hot air out the back so it neutralized the cool output.

Very professional staff in attire and proving service excellence. Very welcoming and accommodating along with smiles. We had the superior room with king sized bed for this older couple which was very comfortable along with a nice bathroom. As a critical couple from the USA with traveling experience we felt giving this hotel a five star rating.
