The Anantara was exceptionally clean, and the pool was outstanding. The shisha was excellent. The view as you walk into the lobby is truly incredible, creating a strong first impression. The staff were also extremely helpful and attentive throughout the stay. Overall the hotel is quite impressive. The sunset views are beautiful.

What I didn’t like was that we were based on the first floor, and accessing the pool involved navigating very steep slopes. I personally found this quite difficult due to a tendon injury in my ankle. Even without an injury, it’s a long and potentially challenging walk, particularly for those who are less fit or have mobility issues. In its current setup, the route to the pool may not be suitable for all guests, and an elevator or alternative access option would significantly improve accessibility. Also the walk to the entrance is many steps or a long slope. The hotel doesn’t really have much within a mile of it, everywhere is a taxi or scooter to reach. The gym is quite basic, which was a little disappointing for a five-star hotel. I would typically expect a more modern facility with a wider range of equipment. The machines felt somewhat dated, and overall the selection is limited, particularly for those who regularly train. That said, the gym did include thoughtful touches such as complimentary water and snacks, which showed good attention to detail; however, for guests who prioritise fitness, the facilities may not meet expectations.

뷰는 정말 멋있었고, Botol biru 식당은 훌륭했습니다. Eka Adi 덕분에 그나마 마음이 풀렸었습니다. Eka에게 감사인사를 전합니다.

체크인하자마자 식탁위에 개미 10마리가 돌아다녔습니다. 룸전화기도 고장나서 로비로 찾아갈 수 밖에 없었습니다. 상황을 설명했고, 소독해주시는 분과 엔지니어분이 오셨어요. 뭔 어떻게 고치셨는데 전화기는 바로 고쳐졌어요. 하지만 대처가 문제였죠. 뭐가 문제였냐고 물어보니 애초에 아무문제가 없었다고, 저를 무슨 바보취급 하더군요. 제가 허니문와서 시간이 남아돌아 장난이라도 치는 줄 아셨나봅니다. 발코니로 나가는 문도 고장이 났었습니다. 고치시는데 한참이 걸리더군요. 허니문이었는데 체크인하고 1시간동안 아무것도 못했습니다. 너무 화가 나서 다시 로비로 찾아갔습니다. 방을 바꿔달라고하니 남음 방들은 하이레벨게스트룸이라고 원한다면 다운그레이드를 해주겠다고 하더군요. 이게 대처가 맞나요? 결국 75분이상을 시간을 버렸습니다. 하지만 아무런 혜택조차 받지 못했습니다. 다음날엔 발코니로 나갔는데 문이 안쪽에서 잠겨버려서, 발코니에 갇혀있었습니다. 우리는 안전을위해 밤에 이중잠금장치를 걸어놓은 상태였고, 핸드폰이 손에 없었다면 로비로 연락할 방법도 없었죠. 그리고 방이 너무 습해서 에어컨을 아무리 틀어놔도 모든 옷이 축축해졌고, 냄새마저 났습니다. 아침에 세탁서비스를 보내고 저녁에 받았는데 그 즉시 꿉꿉해졌습니다. 하룻밤에 100만원이 넘는 돈을 지불하고 이런 대접을 받다니 정말 이해가 되지 않았습니다. 그나마 다행인건 개미는 더 이상 보지 못했네요. 말뿐인 사과가 이 호텔 대처방법인가봅니다.

Beautiful spacious room with great amenities. Great facilities at resort. Staff were absolutely wonderful and provided great service and assistance particularly with Vision impaired guest.
