Titel: Ein absoluter Traum – wir haben uns gefühlt wie Könige! "Wir sind hellauf begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Vinpearl Luxury. Es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach wunderbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die fantastischen Mitarbeiter, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen haben. Ein absolutes Highlight waren die Massagen – einfach ein Traum und pure Entspannung. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt: Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar die Logistik war beeindruckend: Der gesamte Transfer zwischen dem Hafen (Harbour) und dem Hotel – egal ob mit Seilbahn, Schnellboot oder Bus – lief absolut reibungslos und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Vinpearl-Team für diese unvergesslichen Tage. Wir haben uns wie Könige gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!"

Pool war zu kalt

Понравилось практически всё! Частота в номерах. Обслуживающий персонал. Прекрасный пляж. Еда в ресторане.

Каждый день пропадал интернет. Не только в нашей вилле. Обращение к персоналу не помогло. 20 минут интернет работает потом может какое-то время не работает. Это доставляло неудобство.

Hi end hotel! Beautiful place, beach, accommodation, services, food -everything was perfect. Absolutely amazing staff- always smiles, help and extremely friendly! Villa with private pool was so nice - don’t forget to use water flow unit to swim! It’s not jacuzzi - it’s for swimming! Awesome SPA and its staff!!! Definitely, hope to be back!

The rooms were excellent - we had a two storey villa with a private plunge pool. It was quiet and had a partial view of the beach. The beach and pool setting was very good.

Service overall was extremely poor. The first day at lunch my husbands meal didn’t arrive - there was no follow up and with 40 minutes waiting we cancelled his meal. The second day his meal arrived 20 minutes after mine, once I had finished. Food generally is always cold or luke warm at best. We also had two takeaway coffees one day, and we charged to the room because they couldn’t take cash. They knocked on our door at 8pm to retrieve the 180,000 VND - not really expected in a 5 star resort. The villa had electric curtains which mysteriously opened at 12.30am every night - to their credit they fixed it. We also went to the other Vinpearl resort for lunch. The food was lovely however they double charged us on our credit card. They said they would refund us in 14 days. We demanded that we be refunded immediately as it wasn’t our mistake. After an hour they gave us the money back in cash. Mistakes happen but just the way it was handled very poor.

The room was very large and I was lucky enough to have a private pool. The grounds are lush and the resort well kept. The beach is lovely with a good view. The spa is amazing with treatment rooms over the sea and the treatments I had were fabulous! The wave bar is lovely for a cocktail at night whilst listening to the sounds of the sea. The staff were so attentive, friendly and very polite. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

The pools aren't heated and it takes a bit of time to travel to and from the mainland.
