Kaikas Studios & Apartments

i was charged by by booking .com for this booking , on september 4th , then the owner said that booking.com had not paid him , so he said that i had to pay him , so i have now paid twice for this booking , can booking.com help me to get a refund , i really hope so .

These people doing the best to make our stay comfortable,,

Great location! Beautiful views and very quiet.

It was pretty comfortable with large rooms and a kitchenette. It also had a pool with a large garden.

Pool was the most attractive part of the property but the interior and appoitments very poor

Bathroom was minute, Kitchen very basic,.

Honest accommodation - traditional simple Greek style studios/apartments. Has the added benefit of a lovely pool and a/c.

Difficult to think of any significant issues but if pushed to comment… Parking is a short walk away, May be useful to have a toilet by the pool.

These are exceptional value for money apartments in a great location 100m to supermarket, bakery and bike hire and 250m from Askeli beach and a good variety of bars and restaurants. The pool though is an absolute gem. Perfectly clean, well maintained and set in lovely shaded gardens. We had it to ourselves on several occasions..such a luxury..! Great wrap around balcony. Although the kitchen(ette) was extremely basic and resembled a student bedsit from the 70s..the host responded immediately when we requested some basic items.. kettle, mugs and wine glasses. Nikos was kind, warm and welcoming.

It has to be said that the apartments are in need of some renovation. The bathroom particularly, although kept as clean as possible given its limitations, really could do with some work. The kitchen requires great imagination to produce meals on two cooking rings only but we assumed it's set up for most people to eat out.
