staff is very courteous and tries to make your stay comfortable.

food and service. rooms are nice only minus is in the bathroom the shower area is open so the whole bathroom gets wet.

"We would consider this hotel again next time we visit Nainital."

The location and the view were great. The staff were exceptional - Ritu, Dewan and Tarachand stood out for their courteous and helpful attention. The crooner Virender Singh Viru who sang every night rendered some outstanding performances.

The Wifi was patchy inside our room.
