Delta Hotels by Marriott Milwaukee Northwest

The blinds/ curtains let so much light in, to where we couldn't sleep past 630am, which made for the next day long because we hadn't gotten back to our room until 3am

The refrigerator was broken. We were told maintenance would take a look, but no one did.

Friendly and safe.

This is a really clean and well appointed hotel. I was here on business so didn’t explore the area. It’s right off the highway so very convenient but not the nicest setting for hotel views. Very quiet though with big gym and pool. Would definitely recommend if in the area!

Staff was friendly and room was clean.

The AC unit did not cool at all. Our room was incredibly hot and humid. The AC would sometimes blow cool air and sometimes warm air, despite the thermostat being set to 68 degrees or lower. We told the staff and asked if we could borrow a fan, but they didn’t have one or do anything to help. I also paid for my stay before arriving and then got charged again for the full stay upon arrival, but was only told to swipe my card for “incidentals.” I’m still waiting for my refund.

Just not pleased with the customer service

I didn’t have any issues with my stay at the hotel. My only concern was that I was not aware of the $50 incidental fee. The staff advised that it’s on their website. Since I booked thru a third party I may not have been advised of it. It is not on the website anywhere about the $50 charge. It’s posted up at the front desk when you check in. I just think it would have been great to know about any additional charges up front.

Will not return. Said free breakfast but that was only for one person, WiFi kept cutting out, nearest microwave was in the main lobby, shower was awful with no water pressure and ac unit was so so loud.
