Lidotel Margarita

Lidotel Margarita has a serious humility problem. I had a room on the 7th floor, asked to be changed. they moved us up to the 9th floor after a two hours wait. The room came with a portable dehumidifier which we needed to empty bucket at night before going to bed and in the morning before leaving to the beach. Our two sons where in a room on floor 6 and humidity was less severe. We’re pretty sure the humidity comes from the large pool they have on the top of the building, and that is the reason the top floors are the most affected.

The location is nice, near from the restaurants area and not too far from the beach area. Accès to the mall, if you need shopping you can go through the hotel has Free parking

the staff was very invasive, we have the do not enter sign and they break into the room anyways, we ask why and they start to say many lies. The wifi does not work the water from de bath was light brown

The hotel itself is a nice hotel the menu needs an upgrade service I’ll say 7 but there is some type of problem with the ac the walls in the hotel are wet and even when u turn off the ac it’s extremely cold internet does not work
