The location

Title: Very disappointing experience - Broken AC and poor hygiene standards Pros: Nothing. Cons: We had a very unpleasant stay at this property due to major maintenance and service issues. The main AC was broken in the building during the summer, making the room extremely hot. The portable unit provided as a solution was noisy, had large tubes blocking the balcony door, and blew hot air with a bad smell into the room. Hygiene issues: The bed sheets provided to us had visible stains on them, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Poor customer service: The management did not respond to our urgent messages, refused to offer an alternative room, and declined to authorize a refund through Booking.com. We had to spend the night under these conditions with no support from the staff.

It was in a great location, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Loved the location. Close to stores, restaurants and other places to visit. Very spacious accommodations.

Hated that you couldn’t flush toilet paper and the electrical was not good enough for our converter to work.

The apartment was amazing! Two full bedrooms and three bathrooms. The sound proofing doors and AC worked beautifully. The location was close to everything. The breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and extremely helpful and welcoming staff

It is close to the city center.

The room was above 32 degrees. Air conditioning is not working, and they had installed a portable air conditioner. However, it operates extremely loudly. Sleeping in this noise is impossible, and rather than cooling, the machine actually heats the room more. When I told the staff about this situation, they said there was nothing they could do.

We stayed in a 2 room apartment, located in a separate building directly opposite the hotel, a special apartment in terms of its design.

The floors creak when walking around the apartment, and it would be helpful to provide basic kitchen essentials such as cooking oil. On the day of departure, we received a call at exactly 11:00 a.m. telling us to come immediately to check out, even though we were already on our way out. This felt a bit abrupt and less service-oriented than expected.

Location was the best, near all the main stuff. Breakfast was very nice. Sheets were soft. Windows opened with a nice view, but also had two sets of windows so you did not hear straight noise and had darkening covers.

A/C of the whole building broke during our visit. They really did their best to make it better by renting portable AC units but sadly they just did not work.
