Lisbon Art Stay Hotel & Apartments

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, surrounded by lovely cafés and restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet at night, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Many of Lisbon’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel has a quirky and charming décor that gives it plenty of character. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep each evening. A particular highlight was the beautiful bar on the top floor, which offers fantastic views across the city. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Lisbon from above. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Great location. Very quiet. The beds are so comfortable. Staff are nice and the rooms are spotless. The outside area is nice and chilled and the happy hour cocktails are well worth it!

Our first room was great but the shower didn't work so we had to move next door which was a much smaller room. It didn't have the coffee machine or mugs in but the staff did rectify that quickly. Would have been nice to have a balcony.

Location and rooftop bar. We booked an apartment and there was a kitchen, living room and actually a 3rd bathroom. We had a 2 bedroom and each had their own bathroom. Held our luggage while we explored the area.

Would like to be able to get into the room a little earlier.

Stanza spaziosa con doppi infissi che isolava dal rumore proveniente dalla strada. La bottiglia di vino in omaggio molto apprezzata. Angolo cucina attrezzato di tutti gli utensili basic, con angolo cottura, bollitore e macchinetta caffè espresso con 2 cialde in omaggio. Bello il secret bar sul rooftop con meravigliosa vista su Lisbona e ottimi drink con sconto 10% per i clienti dell'hotel. Nella hall sempre presente acqua, pastel de nata e frutta fresca per i clienti. Possibilità di lasciare i propri bagagli in maniera gratuita nel loro deposito in sicurezza.

orario check in tassativo dalle 15 in poi. Siamo arrivati in anticipo ma la nostra camera non era pronta. L'orario della colazione andrebbe anticipato, troppo tardi dalle 7.30 in poi, e neanche rispettato in quanto la sala non era stata allestita alle 7.30 e ci hanno fatto attendere 10 minuti prima di accedere. Noi avevamo fretta in quanto alle 8 partiva il nostro tour guidato per Sintra e abbiamo dovuto mangiare molto velocemente. Colazione variegata, sia dolce che salata ma la mancanza di una macchinetta automatica che faccia caffè e cappuccino è una grave pecca. Ci sono solo termos con acqua bollente, caffè e latte caldo, se si vuole un caffè espresso, un cappuccino o omlette sono a pagamento extra al bar. Alcuni Receptionist giovani sono stati molto superficiali, c'è stato un disguido sulla pulizia della mia camera. Ho segnalato il secondo giorno alla reception di volere far pulire la camera e mi hanno risposto che dovevo appendere il cartello fuori la porta "CLEAN THE ROOM". La mia camera non era dotato di questo cartello e quindi non l'ho potuto mettere, nonostante lo avessi segnalato alla reception , non mi hanno dato un nuovo cartello. La sera dopo essere ritornata in hotel, ho constatato che la camera era sporca e non era stata pulita. Ritorno in reception e trovo finalmente un gentile receptionist che mi fornisce asciugamani puliti, mi da un nuovo cartello da appendere alla porta , si scusa della mancanza del cartello in camera( ipotizzando che sia stato portato via da precedenti ospiti) e mi spiega che senza quel cartello il personale delle pulizie non è autorizzato ad entrare nelle camere e va messo fuori la porta entro le 11 di mattina. Fatto sta che la mia camera per colpa di questa loro superficialità ( nel fornirmi e verificare la presenza di questo cartello) non è stata mai pulita in 3 gg.

Very friendly front desk people. Super clean and quiet for being in a prime location. Spacious room.

Better pillows on the bed would have been appreciated. Shower was small and you had to step up to get into it.

Apartamento amplio

This hotel is fine. Comfortable beds. We stayed 3 nights. The front desk staff could be hit or miss. We had to ask repeatedly for a second room key, but were refused one the first 24 hours. We let the hotel know we had a partial blocked shower drain, and nothing was done about this.
