"The stuff should definitely undergo training in luxury and client service"

The pool and area are very stylish, rooms are also clean and have enough space. everything was pretty standard at breakfast. But good enough

The stuff was so so obnoxious! From the restaurant to breakfast area. too much arrogance, badly knowing English and no willingness to help and serve the guest. Only in beauty salon the girl from reception was very very helpful

The hotel breakfast/lobby/architecture/presentation etc is truly magnificent. Unfortunately the room had a very noisy old aircon unit. Same with the safe. The room wasn't at the level as the rest of the property. It’s unfortunate as the property is very very special indeed!

Everything about my stay was exceptional — the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the hotel had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a great variety of fresh options. I also appreciated the convenient location and peaceful surroundings. I will definitely be returning!
