The views over the port from the spacious rooms are exceptional and the pool and breakfast room feel luxurious, right at the top of the old town. The staff are smartly turned out and quietly professional. As a solo female traveller, I was very well looked after and cheerfully acknowledged by staff wherever I went.

The hotel’s panoramic views mean a considerable climb on foot up the numerous steps from the town below, although a lift can be arranged in one of the hotel’s vehicles. It’s a great way to work off your lunch and get fit!

The building itself is amazing and so unique. We stayed in the tower and it was so beautiful - views are amazing because you’re at the top of Old Town. The stand out is the staff and service provided at this hotel. They were consistently on hand for our needs. We have a toddler and they were so kind and considerate with him. They have WhatsApp service so you can send questions and requests and responses were always prompt and very helpful. The food at breakfast and via room service was lovely and again the service was excellent.

Nothing! There is a lot of steps and walking but that is just Old Town in general, so people who don’t want that shouldn’t stay in the area.

The premium room for 3 people was spacious and beautifully decorated. The minibar is stocked with water free of charge and we were very well looked after by the staff. The pool and bar area on the roof of the main building is exquisite.

Breakfast at €45 per person was excessive, so we went elsewhere.
