The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded which was a fantastic room and particularly welcome as the weather was cold and wet. The hotel cars that were able to pick us up at any time from the town meeting point were also a real bonus. The design and feel of the hotel was fantastic. It was a shame it was too wet to sit outside or use the swimming pool but it did mean we got to use the wonderful inside space. We loved it and hope to return. Thank you

Die Lage des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter! Die Qualität des Frühstücks war ausgezeichnet. Jederzeit war jemand erreichbar und alle Wünsche wurden postwendend erfüllt. Sehr positiv: der Abholservice egal, wo man in der Altstadt unterwegs war.

Die Zeit zwischen Bestellung und Service beim Frühstück war sehr lang. Dadurch waren einige Speisen nicht mehr warm. Manche Speisen haben wir ein zweites Mal bestellt. Wenn es schnell ging, war die Qualität hervorragend!

This hotel is a real find, the staff were amazing and it felt nothing was too much trouble! The location was stunning, just metres from the castle walls and Cathedral, with stunning views! We were kindly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely gesture.

Our breakfast took a very long time and some of it cold

Exceptional property, historic, central, atmospheric and very well finished and furnished.

We didn’t mind but clearly with it being at the top of Ibiza Town it is a bit steep BUT the free lift service offered by the hotel is exceptional, frequent and basically on demand to the door!
