Lift is a big drawback specially when you living for 4 nights in this hotel & living on top floor. Not a nice breakfast. Dont book this hotel if you are over 50 & staying for more than 2 days due to lift issue.

No lift & breakfast was very poor.

Loved the location. The staff was amazing, always helping with anything we needed. The room was comfortable.

No lift but not a problem if you can walk up 2 floors. Club in the basement so maybe issue for soft sleepers. Jacuuzi didn't work despite getting executive suite.
