Localização. Central perto do Largo da Ordem. Bem no centro de Curitiba. Apesar do atendimento ser cortes. No momento de acertar o valor da reserva cobraram valores a mais. pois a reserva da booking constava como taxas e impostos inclusos.

O valor acordado com o site foi um e no momento do pagamento foi outro. Cobraram 15,64% de taxas a mais. Não me dei conta no momento da cobrança pois cobraram parte no checkin e parte no checkout. Quando conferi o relatório do cartão de crédito que observei. Liguei para o estabelecimento e informaram que o hotel cobra 10% de taxa de serviço de tudo, hospedagem, estacionamento, qualquer consumo feito no hotel. Inclusive sobre a taxa de turismo do município. Tudo isso foi cobrado a mais. Por isso minha insatisfação. Me senti lesado, pois no momento da reserva no site da booking está informado que impostos e taxas já estavam incluídos na reserva. Teria que pagar apenas o estacionamento a parte, conforme política do estabelecimento.
