Das Badezimmer war etwas zu kalt für mein Empfinden

Friendly welcome. Very good breakfast. Location quiet and pleasant, besides the river. (But be aware location is 2 km (30 minute) walk to the centre). Interior very clean. Kitchen stocked with tea, coffee, milk sachets, orange juice. Good shower.

- Outside (first impressions) looks a little tatty. - WC didn't flush properly if you actioned it once as normal. I found to solve this you had to "pump" the cistern 4-5 times. - Heating went off around 7:30 pm, thermostat display no longer responded. Phoned the number given in reception, got voicemail, left message. Called again 20 minutes later and was informed there was a central timer which had turned it off. This was rectified within about 15 minutes. - One bedside lamp on one side of double bed. - Ground floor appartment 101 but windows were not Tilt&Turn ie. were unlocked when open. - Sounds through (locked) connecting door (to another appartment?) in kitchen. - Rooms quite small, far too many cushions everywhere.

It was a lovely homely property, the bed was so comfortable and room was spacious. Accommodating last minute to change to a double occupancy.

We weren’t told about the resident area over looking the river. The price of the accommodation for a b&b was very expensive. It was more comparable to hotel pricing.

Our host, Eileen could not be more accommodating. The room,staff, entire facility were absolutely wonderful. We stayed in several B and B’s during our trip to Ireland and this was by far our favorite. The breakfast was superb and the atmosphere relaxing and inviting. I HIGHLY recommend the B and B if you are visiting Ireland. You won’t be disappointed!

Our stay was too short!

We were so comfortable in our spacious room that we booked an extra night. Besides the bedroom that included comfortable chairs and a bonus twin bed, our bathroom was luxurious. A sink for each of us, wardrobe for our clothes, and a separate tub and shower were lit up by a skylight. The room we stayed in also had a mini fridge, coffee/tea service and a desk with TV overhead. Our corner room featured a window on each side. Host Eileen tended to our every need and the full - and we mean full! - breakfast featured options for every appetite. The back yard overlooks the lovely river and features an enclosed lounge room along with outdoor seating. Everyone was extremely friendly but not in an overbearing way, which we appreciated. Oh and location! One could easily spend a week near the ring of Kerry and National Park and there are many day trip destinations. Downtown Killarney was under two miles from the B and B. Couldn’t recommend Crystal Springs more highly!

Lovely stay with lovely host Eileen, staff and thanks also to long time guests Sandra and Harold who passed on a few recommendations for sights to see. Photo attached from Inch Beach (not on our radar), glad we stopped!
