Ubicació i instalaciones exteriors.

Horari de esmorzar i sopar, obren molt tard i el període de temps es relativament curt. Personal de neteja, un coo piquen a la porta, directament entren a la habitació sense dir res.. estant nosaltres a dins, una falta de respecte.

Está muy bien ubicado y el personal es atento, sobretodo el del restaurante y el bar. Muy buena ubicación en Salou y las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para descansar a gusto.

Creo que está bien que el spa sea de pago, además está muy bien de precio. Pero el gym debería ser parte de las comodidades del hotel. Las máquinas terminarán rotas por falta de uso.

Le buffet petit pas du tout varié, et froid trop souvent vide , tres bruyant et table trop proche, le spa payant a aucun moment indiqué à la réservation, chambre collée au local du personnel de ménage donc réveillé très trop tout les matins par le personnel
