Estudiotel Alicante

We enjoyed very much our stay in Alicante. The hotel building is visible from every corner of Alicante :)) The room is great: clean and had everything we need. We had a balcony in the room and enjoyed those evenings with wine on the balcony. We wish the room had a fridge, but it‘s not mentioned in the description either, so no surprises here. We didn‘t take breakfast in the hotel, as there are plenty small cafes around with excellent croissants, coffee and fresh orange juice. El Cortes Ingles is just next to the hotel with excellent choice of wines, local cheeses and jamon. C.San Fernsndo with plenty of restaurants is 5 min walk. 15 min walk to Postiguet beach. Tram station is next to the hotel and you can easily get to S.Juan beach by tram.

First we thought 1st floor was not great, but seeing people queueing in front of the elevator we realized we were lucky we could walk the stairs :))))

La proximité de tous les lieux d’intérêt

Un poco de mucho ruido en los pasillos. Quizás demasiados huéspedes?

La proximité du tram, des bus et notamment celui de l’aéroport, de la gare Renfe et aussi de la gare routière juste un peu plus loin 800 m.. La situation, en dehors d’un quartier touristique mais un quartier très commerçant, avec Bars et Restaurants à proximité et bien sûr tous les commerces de la personne aux commerces de bouche. Service de ménage de qualité tous les jours pour un studio, c’est très appréciable.

J’aurais préféré être un étage plus élevé pour ne pas être en face des parkings de Cortès ingles d’autant plus que je suis restée une semaine.

Nos toco el último piso, el 30!! Unsa vistas espectaculares con una terraza bastante grande. El apartamento increible, tenía una habitación con dos camas, fuera de la habiración estaba el baño completo, y por último tenías la estancia con cocina con todo, salón con sofá, mesa para comer, aire acondicionado y TV y separado por una pared había otras dos camas.

La única pega, que sólo estaban funcionando dos ascensores de 4 y para subir o bajar al piso 30, era una eternidad!!!

A very spacious room, with a balcony and kitchen, was a plus. And the location is excellent. Two blocks from the Luceros bus stop and the tram nearby as well.

The laundry on the second floor needs more signage to help people find it.
