Our apartment was quite far back in the facility which we asked be be moved but wasn't possible , even tho we had emailed ahead asking

Ive stayed in Playa Club several times, the location couldnt be better for me, round corner from main road, taxi rank, bus stop and supermarket. Reception manned 24 hours. I requested room near reception and thats what I got, so was happy. I found beds very comfortable.

I couldnt figure out how to work the new safe (now included in room price btw), but a quick visit to reception and I was advised how to operate.

Pool bar facilities very poor for big complex. Very limited menu. Towels on sunbeds for the day
