Please note that an additional charge of CZK 600 will apply for early check-in starting from 15:00 or late check-out until 17:00. Subject to availability. Guests arriving outside check-in hours or departing outside check-out hours are advised to inform the property in advance. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a dog. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of CZK 1000 per dog per night. Children aged 3 years and below are not allowed to use the spa. Children can only use the spa from Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 17:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10:00 to 17:00. Use of the spa is limited to 3 hours per person per day. There is an additional charge of CZK 1000 per person per 2 hours or CZK 1400 per person per 3 hours to use the spa after check-out. Advance reservation required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Velice vstřícný a ochotný personál. Možnost využití večerního baru s profesionálem, který naší návštěvu doprovodil krátkým, ale věcným a zajímavým výkladem o historii hotelu a zajímavostem s tím spojeným.

Skvělé a čisté sauny ve wellness - chyběl zde jen ochlazovací bazén. Nepraktické designové umyvadlo v pokoji.

Čisté, moderni … bazen venkovní s ohřívanou vodou, skvele

Jen úplná maličkost, zupany nebyly na rozdíl od ručníku měkké. A druhá maličkost, večer venku v bazénu nad bazénem okna asi pokojských, kde pracovnice chodily a asi pracovaly… stačilo by zatáhnout žaluzie, narušilo to dokonalost večerního venkovního koupání, jinak super. Personál skvěly, snídaně taky… opravdu jsme byli moc spokojeni

SPA oceniam 7/10 brakowało mi zewnętrznych jacuzzi , dobre steki w restauracji

Hotel jest specyficzny trochę umieralnia bez życia restauracja do 22 o 21 .30 nie ma żywej duszy hotel zamiera . W restauracji jest jeden gatunek lokalnego piwa w dodatku o specyficznym smaku do tego drugie bezalkoholowe. Przypominam że jesteśmy w Czechach gdzie dla mnie jest to nie do pomyślenia w każdym przydrożnym barze jest minimum 4-6 nalewaków z różnym piwem do tego z 10 rodzajów butelkowych tu nie ma nic. Jest teoretycznie bar ale nie jest czynny nic w nim nie ma łącznie z obsługą , nigdzie nie usłyszycie muzyki nawet cichej. Hotel nowoczesny chyba miał być więc jest ponuro betonowo jak w hali magazynowej bez klimatu i atmosfery nie ma jednego miejsca gdzie jest przytulnie łącznie z pokojami, nowoczesny styl łazienek z umywalką na środku pokoju nie jest to komfortowe rozwiązanie. Ogólnie bardzo nudny obiekt po pierwszym wieczorze uciekliśmy do pobliskich restauracji tętniących życiem spotykając tam sporą ilość gości z naszego hotelu czyli odczucia mieli podobne. Masaże pomimo iż byliśmy tam 3 dni były całkowicie niedostępne w żaden dzień i o żadnej porze wynika to z niewielkiej ilości masażystek co w SPA nie powinno mieć miejsca tym bardziej że nic innego hotel nie oferuje
