Hezen Cave Hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was away from the crowded conditions in Goleme but still situated amongst caves and with a beautiful view of a cave castle within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the restaurant had great food and the staff were very helpful. Loved it!!!

Struttura molto pulita e bellissima curata nei dettagli. Personale gentilissimo. E’ piaciuta molto anche ai bambini!

AC wasn’t as cold as desired. Family suite that fits 6 only had 1 bathroom.

The staff is amazing. They guided us to schedule things, found drivers and gave an extensive list of options and costs. Everyone on the property is super helpful. The room was massive with one bathroom. Its a cave hotel so the dust tends to fall off the wall. The location is in a quieter part and not in Goreme town which is the busy town a short drive away.

The food including the breakfast wasnt great. All kinds of eggs they do are not great.

What a wonderful stay at Hezen Cave Hotel. Check in was seamless and we were offered Turkish tea/coffee upon arrival. At the reception desk - Ozgur, Yuksel and Caner were simply amazing. We booked all our tours through the hotel and didn’t have any issues. The manager Mehmet was very friendly and helpful. He told us about Cappadocia and It’s history. Mustafa the bellboy was also very helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It’s not a large selection but everything was fresh and delicious. The waiters - Ahmet, Zeliha, Taskin and Yusuf provided top notch service. Their breakfast is also excellent. This hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The staff go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy. I would highly recommend this hotel in Cappadocia.

Staying at this cave hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, warm hospitality, and the unique charm of the cave rooms. The architecture beautifully blends tradition with comfort – our room was cozy, spotless, and full of character, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and helping us arrange balloon rides, tours, and transportation. Breakfast was a daily treat – fresh, generous, and served with breathtaking views. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the main sights. This hotel made our Cappadocia experience extra special. We can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the region. Five stars without a doubt!

The hotel was incredible. Such gorgeous room and staff really go above and beyond to meet your expectations. Very happy with hotel.

It was a little far out from main town , Goreme. You need to take a taxi into town. However Cappadocia is a big place and you need to get a taxi to all touristy sites anyway.
