Rooms were decent sized, toilets were slightly small but usable. The room we had, had a slight odour but was easily fixed when the toilet door was kept closed. The staffs were exceptionally friendly, and there are staffs working throughout the night. Location of the property was quite central and overall felt safe in this hotel.

"My experience."

the pillows is hard but overall this hotel is have amazing hospitality and the room is clean,the have basement for parking.the location is in the downtown.im feelthis hotel is very comfort for take a rest.i hope i can visit this hotel next year

"Disappointing"

Request for extra glass from the restaurant but the restaurant staff ask me to collect myself. I am the guest at the hotel and I am not a worker. This is very disappointing.

"Comfortable but Not so ideal stay"

Location is not as good . Nothing nearby

My room is like a dungeon… without any windows. And I was stuck in the lift for a while when it broke down
