Chiangmai Boutique House

Was good we enjoyed it.

Arrived early and got my room right away. Cute character filled room. The first red truck we too to the hotel dropped us off at the wrong spot so check and double check that they know your hotel. About a 15 min walk to the Than Gate area.

First 2 days I was in a deluxe room like requested and paid for because it was suppose to be 2 adults in the room. My companion couldn't make it. When I came back 7 days later I booked the exact same type of room. They figured since I was alone they would put me in a much smaller room. Disappointed because I booked this room 8 months before and paid for the bigger room

Good facility with swimming pool, Close to weekend walking street/night market, but terrible wifi/internet connection

The lady in the reception is not friendly at all. And I can hear what next room people talk about when I am in my room. Too noise!!!

Run of the mill hotel. Rockhard beds. Pool very small (on photos looks like decent size which it isn't) and right next to the busy road, so you would not swim and read there. Good for a night on your way through. Not as a holiday stay.

Very god, very comfortable, attractive hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to returning for another night in a couple of days time.

Hotel was good, breakfast good. The hotel could do with refurbishment, was looking tired. Staff were helpful but could be a little off at times, more smiles would help. Overall good location and place to stay for the price. Pool slightly cold due to the fact that it got little sun. Great places to eat nearby.

Hotel was good, Breakfast is simple but balanced. Room size is good Bathroom sink was clogged.

The house is nice, good aircon, rooms are good for two person, nice pool, everything is nice for the budget price. The only thing is noisy, somehow very noisy... the traffic starts very early and till late night... the corridor and the stairs are very noisy when other house guest walk through and chat... maybe the room door and the windows are too thin, i think a thick curtain should make a big difference... Anyway, with the price, it's a good bargain for the location... The location is a super plus, a few mins walk to the chiangmai gate food market, saturday night market, wet market, lila massage, super close to airport... If you can coup with the noise, this is a very good choice.
