Desjejum excelente, equipe do hotel atenciosa, boa localização.

As instalações, pelo menos o ap. 113, estão envelhecidas, com tomadas mal localizadas, detalhes de conservação. A calçada em frente à recepção é horrível, cheia de desníveis e buracos, o que é muito ruim para quem tem problemas de locomoção ou equilíbrio. Muitas escadas. É preferível entrar pela garagem, na AV. Amazonas. Um só elevador funcionando dificultou a vida.
