From the moment we arrived at Casa de la Flora, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the amazing reception staff—especially Sareena, whose hospitality set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The personalised service across the resort was exceptional, whether at the restaurant or the relaxing La Casa Spa. Every interaction felt thoughtful and genuine, adding to the overall sense of comfort. The private pool and beachfront room were nothing short of spectacular, offering breathtaking sunset views that made every evening magical. The resort’s clever app was a game-changer, making every request seamless, from housekeeping to room service—true convenience at our fingertips. Dining was fantastic with fresh young coconut to cool off and a selection of authentic Thai dishes that captured the rich flavors of local cuisine. Casa de la Flora delivers luxury, relaxation, and top-tier service in a stunning setting - highly recommend!

Breakfast brilliant cooked to order and served between 7 &2.00pm, so could have brunch.Special thanks to Phang the assistant manager couldn't do enough for us.Location very quiet but only 10 mins walk from the busy main road.Always a free shuttle bus to run you to the market or the other two sister hotels where you could use the facilities.

The most amazing stay! The staff are beyond friendly (special shout out to Rachel, June and Aye!), the restaurant had the most amazing food and the location of the resort is perfectly central to get into town, but still removed enough to have the quiet peacefulness of Thailand. We will be back for sure!

Amazing property, rooms are magnificent and the pool area is lovely. Breakfast always super nice looking over the ocean too. Really peaceful and relaxing. The gym upgrade since our last visit was also great.

I think I’d appreciated some attention to the room whilst we were out. There were a few occasions where we were out all day and the room wasn’t made up when we returned. It’s s small thing but attention to detail given the price we paid is important.

An amazing place to stay & enjoy the beauties of Khao Lak, special thanks to the staff at the front desk Nook Fao Fao & Chun helped us to organise to go around town, very friendly and professional service we are recommended this place 110% food was amazing too

Thankyou for a wonderful stay. Delicious breakfasts, wonderful massages, friendliest and most accommodating staff -Nook, Chun, Fao Fao. The rooms are decked out in latest technology fittings and very comfortable bedding. We will definitely be back.

Das Casa de la Flora ist für uns das beste Hotel in Khao Lak! Es war von Anfang bis Ende einen Traumurlaub! Wir erhielten ein Upgrade in die Beachfront Grand Pool Villa, welche atemberaubend ist! Der eigene grosse Pool, die super bequemen Liegen und vor allem die Aussicht auf das Meer war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Service im Hotel ist auch perfekt und das Frühstück war das Allerbeste!! Die Pancakes, Omeletten, frische Früchte, egal was man bestellt es ist alles qualitativ hochwertig und einfach wunderbar. Und auch die Aussicht vom Frühstück einfach auf das Meer mit Palmen, was will man mehr:-). Auch die Massage im Hotel war super! Die Lage ist auch gut, man hat seine Ruhe und ist in max. 15min zu Fuss im Dorf wo super feine Restaurants sind und der Markt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

We’ve just spent four nights at Casa de la Flora and it’s been the best hotel experience in the last 8 years of travelling the world together! We had booked a Beachfront Pool Villa and got a free upgrade to Grand Beach Front Pool Villa, our jaws hit the floor when first being shown round the room and the view of sea from our bedroom window was perfect for watching sunsets. The service from the staff is outstanding and there’s plenty of food options on the menu both in the restaurant and for in-room dining. We will definitely stay here again if holidaying in Khao Lak again in the future.
