Beautiful property, well kept

Checkin 5 pm is unreasonable. Fortunately front desk staff were very accommodating and had our room ready for 3:30. Also, too bad booking .com didn’t tell us about restaurant not being opened.

Wunderschöne Lodge, toll eingerichtet und ausgestattetes Apartment. Alles sauber, sehr schöner Poolbereich, einfaches Parken in der Garage, schöne Aufenthaltsbereiche, wir waren sehr begeistert und können die Lodge nur weiterempfehlen.

Einzig Bademäntel könnten angeboten werden, besonders wenn man von den Nebengebäuden im Winter zum Pool im Hauptgebäude gehen muss.

Room and beds were comfortable. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. We had issues with both toilets during our stay with the tank not filling and the other the chain broke. We fixed it ourselves. The main floor window leaked a lot after a rain storm. We put a measuring cup under the leak to capture the water. Otherwise great location for touring Fernie.

We have stayed here a few times now on off season when it’s a quieter time of the year. The fall is a beautiful time to go to Fernie. Lizard Creek lodge staff are very friendly and always accommodating. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. I look forward to staying again next year.
