Hôtel Pierre Blanche

Checkin was easy as pie, thankfully we had lower level room so could just wheels bikes in and enjoy night out of the rain!

Vi skulle bruge et par overnatninger i forbindelse med Tour De France og dette hotel lå perfekt. Ligner et motel, men værelset var rigtig fint.

Rapport qualité prix plus que moyen. Pas d'information sur le site que les petits déjeunés son uniquement servis en chambre sans avoir le choix, pas de lait chaud, croissant industriel (mauvais), petite brique de jus de fruit, un activia, un petit cake...enfin pour 5€, il est préférable de le prendre dans un café. La bouche d'aération qui fait du bruit toute la nuit, le store occultant qui n'occulte pas toute la lumière extérieur qui reste allumée toute la nuit, enfin nous n'avons pas eu un sommeil réparateur.

Déplorable. Un homme est venu frapper à la porte de ma chambre à 23h00 ( sans se présenter, visiblement le gérant), en prétextant qu'il devait vérifier le système de détection de fumée. Comme il ne sait pas présenter et comme je me tenais devant l'entrée de la chambre, il m'a violemment pousser et à pénétrer dans la chambre, et il m'a crier dessus en me disant qu'il allait me facturer 33 Euros pour un desenfumage de la chambre. Mais le fait est que je ne fume pas. Résultat, L'hôtel a prélever, en plus du prix de la chambre, la somme de 33 Euro sur mon compte bancaire sans mon accords et sans me le justier. C'est lamentable!!! Je vous le déconseille fortement.

On est venu pour le salon de l'automobile a geneve . J'ai etais tres etonner je ne m'attendez pas a un tel studio . Super avec une montagne en vu super belle . A conseiller .

Let us understand that this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It is a motel with no on site staff. Clear and tidy but both dated and a bit worn. However accommodated 4 and had a kitchenette (not used). What I think stands it apart is that due to some error the room had been cancelled when we arrived at midnight. Expedia of course do not take calls at that time and as no on site staff did not expect a call to be answered at the hotel. However how wrong I was, a nice, friendly and very helpful gentleman answered immediately and talked me through booking the room again via their on site credit card machine. Insisted to stay on line until completed and to make sure that I was not being charged extra. If you are looking for somewhere to stop en route to somewhere else and just want a clean room that accommodates 4 then I would say at 92 Euro this is not a bad start. In fact the room is two rooms one "living room" with sofa that becomes 2 beds and a kitchenette (not used) and a separate bedroom with a hallway of which is both a shower room and a toilet.

If you get there late at night, remember to have your confirmation number ready! Overall it was a great stay, very clean and roomy. The beds had awesome blankets that were actually warm, and the sofa beds were pretty comfortable. Shower was nice and big and warm. Would definitely recommend! And this coming from a very picky family.
