Lets see. No where was it indicated that I would have to share a bathroom, the sheets had blood stains on them and there was no coffee or any type of breakfast. Walls were paper thin and the staff were riduculously rude and at least one had the appearance of a mental health candidate. The hotel looked very unsafe and the pictures they show on their site are nowhere close to what it actually looks like. How this motel/hotel is getting positive reviews, I have no idea - it was a horrible experience and never again...

It's close to RUH, but its not as clean as it has been. I was awakened at 12:30 a.m. and at 2:30 a.m. by people checking in, talking, running water for awhile. Consequently I had a terrible, broken sleep.

Shared kitchens, bathrooms, and lounge ample. Room clean and comfortable. Walkable to downtown, river, & Broadway shops.

Nothing good at all to say! Was terrible from start to end.

I didn't even stay at this place, as soon as I walked in it was a disaster, we were taken to a lower down stairs area and the entire building had an awful smell. The receptionist showed us the room and it was like a dorm room, barely room to even stand up. The bathroom is shared by the entire building which is not listed in the booking. AND the bathroom was disgusting! used bathmat thrown on the floor, dirty counters, and it was just sketchy. These people need to be more honest on the booking!!! it was terrible. The receptionist was very rude when I told him of this, I was being polite and saying how they never once said the bathroom was shared by 6 other rooms, and that the rooms were that small! never specified what size of beds either. Unless you want to feel unsafe and on edge while you ATTEMPT to even think about sleeping this is the place to go. I wasn't expecting a refund nor did I mention one, but the front man didn't even bother to apologize or say anything nice, just a dirty look and some snarky comments. Wish I would've taken photos of the insane uncleanliness of this place, but couldn't have gotten out of there quick enough.

Kitchen was great . Good to have lots of room in the frig and a table to sit at to eat. We appreciated having a microwave. it was frustrating not to be able to control the air-conditioning as I found it too cold at times. Location was great -close to trails along the river

When booking, I had no idea that it would be shared bath situation. The bathroom across from my room was busy for a long time so I went to the one down the hall and the sink was our of order. Not very pleasant. I would not book this hotel again.
