The Inn on College

This is a very small, basic room with bathroom. It was good value for the price it was in a good part of town and there were restaurants within walking distance. We did have one issue with the room, but it was rectified immediately by the staff.

Clean. Scott the proprietor was friendly and helpful.

No lamp in the bedroom but otherwise it was an adequate arrangement and comfortable stay.

This was more like a dorm room than a hotel. We had to share a bathroom with the other guests. It was filthy! Beard hair on the sink. No way i was showering in a shared room! I will be asking for my money back! Expedia should never send another person to this place!

⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. This property did not live up to the photos or the description in the listing at all. From the moment we arrived, the entrance and hallways were dirty—dust, debris, and just an overall lack of cleanliness. The sign on the hotel was broken, which was our first red flag. It looked nothing like the pictures posted online—everything felt extremely dated and neglected. Our room was no better. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, and there was visible mould in several areas. It was frankly unhygienic. The noise levels at night were also unacceptable, making it hard to get any rest. We were so disappointed that we checked out after just one night. To make matters worse, there was no communication or follow-up from the property at all—no apology, no attempt to resolve or even acknowledge the issues. Not recommended. This was a major letdown.

The best thing I can say is that the room was basically clean. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the entire place, late into the night. The smokers congregated outside my room so I could not open the window. The shared bathroom was down the hall. The stand to hold the suitcase was broken, and there was no room to put my large suitcase. The location is decent but the place is way below par.

When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was helped out immediately and showed to my ungrated room. I was given the keys and brought my stuff in. I slept better than I have in awhile. Thank you again for the great experience at your hotel. If in the area again I will definitely stay here again
