"Deben mejorar sus servicios ."

Limpio, habitación cómoda , restaurante . Buen desayuno.

En primer lugar te ofrecen una piscina temperada de 8:00 a 22:30 , cuando vas a usarla a las 10 de la mañana recién comienzan a limpiarla. Estaba turbia y yo tenía check out a las 12pm y debía esperar 40 minutos para usarla. En 2do lugar, quisimos mandar a lavar ropa y aún teniendo lavandería el hotel no nos dieron ninguna opción de un día para otro , ya que perfectamente podemos dejar lavando , pagar y retirar más tarde del check out ya que puedes permanecer en las instalaciones ( al menos eso es en todos los hoteles de 4⭐️ y más)

Necesite papel para escribir y no tenía en la habitación, eso sí fue resuelto por la recepción.

No tiene ascensor!! Es muy incómodo para trasladar tus cosas. Una toalla tenía pelos incrustados y se suponía estaba limpia. Aunque me digan que no, parecían dos bellos pubicos, de todas formas ofrecieron disculpas por el caso.
