Hotel Leonhard

Kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very average, you can notice that the rooms and all the amenities are not very modern. The whole hotel would need a renovation in my opinion. The breakfast was quite good and the rooms large. However, the room got very hot and there was no air-condition. In the bathroom it always smelled like cigarette smoke. I would not recommend coming here and I would definitely not come again. There are numerous other hotels in the vicinity that seem more modern, that we saw during our walks through the town. If the hotel would cost less and would advertise as a 3-star hotel, it would be fine.

We stayed at Hotel Leonhard in June, and by chance arrived when a heat wave was on, which was fantastic. The hotel is just over an hours drive from Salzburg, through some amazing scenic routes. There’s plenty of parking, some of which is covered from the sun. There were four of us and we’d booked a standard family room, however upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised that we’d been upgraded to a master suite, with two bathrooms, which was really appreciated (thank you). The hotel is spotless, the stars were exceptionally polite and helpful. The spa area is really good, and after a hot day on the bikes the cool swimming pool was very welcoming. There’s a great sunbathing area next to the pool which is nice and private. If you’re a biker or a skiers, then this hotel is situated directly between the two main lift systems, so a short walk or cycle. Great hotel, thoroughly recommended.

Spacious rooms, lovely swimming pool and spa, clean and modern. Beautiful and cosy bar - only pity was the fireplace was not active even though we were in the wintertime. Good location to go skiing, close to the lifts. Friendly staff with a special thanks to Yvonne and Eva!!!!

A perfectly located hotel in a dreamy area, with helpful staff and large, clean rooms. We were there for mountain biking in the Leogang bike park and the hotel provided us with great services, including free parking and breakfast.

Very nice hotel, good service, great location. Be aware that the rooms on the roadside are quite noisy due to the traffic if one is sensitive to that.

I stayed at the hotel Leonhard in Leogang for the Biathlon world championships. The Biathlon shuttle stopped right outside the hotel. The room was spacious, modern with loads of natural light. Full board was provided and it was always excellent, and the wait staff cheerful, helpful and attentive. I very much enjoyed my stay. The service could not be faulted.

I came there on a 6 day Ski vacation to the Sallbach area. guests were mostly local Austrians of various ages. Hotel is rather large and is a classic family run Austrian hotel. high points of the hotel are rooms, Spa and staff. Rooms are large well lit and well furnished. free hi speed wifi is excellent. staff was very friendly and helpful but some only spoke very little English. SPA has a large indoor swimming pool and separate adult sauna area. food was well made but did no live to the rest of the hotel's high standards. hotel is located 250 M from the ski lift. Leogang does not have a lot to offer for attractions so once you are done with Ski, spa and Dinner there is nothing to do. would recommend if you are in to this type of hotel.
