Localização, funcionários maravilhosos (recepção, restaurante, limpeza, todos), comida boa.

Achei o chuveiro fraco, o ar condicionado dos quartos ao lado faziam muito barulho, uma das noites foi difícil dormir com o barulho, wifi péssimo no meu quarto (417).

O hotel é exatamente como nas fotos, o que realmente é impressionante. Muito confortável, próximo a praia, fácil acesso aos principais locais de Ponta Negra. Café da manhã bem servido e com opções variadas, tapioca e omelete feitos na hora e bem recheadas. Funcionários cordiais com destaque para o Seu Davi que é muito educado, simpático e com sorriso contagiante. A piscina maravilhosa, os espaços limpos, organizados, além de uma decoração linda.

A única coisa que deixa a desejar é realmente a falta de tomadas. As únicas disponíveis eram no banheiro.

Hall de entrada muito bonito e interessante. Duas piscinas ( natural e aquecida) boas. Quarto bem espaço, roupa de cama boas, chuveiro muito bom. Ar condicionado ok. Senti falta de mais suporte para pendurar roupa molhada. Café da manhã bom ! Bem localizado ! Excelente custo benefício.
