Penzion Plesnivec

Das Gastgeberpaar war sehr offen, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Pension und die Zimmer haben unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Alles recht einfach und unspektakulär, aber zweckmässig, freundlich und sauber. Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt, weil sie in Laufdistanz zum Hockey-Stadion liegt und nahe am historischen Zentrum, aber doch in einer ruhigen Ecke. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Very nice pension style guesthouse. It's almost like being in someone's home except private bathroom. Clean room, quiet neighborhood, fast wifi, friendly and helpful owners who speak good English. The location is a ways from the center of Poprad, however there's another old town right nearby with some great restaurants to eat at.

The owner is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Let us check in early and gave us tips and info on various walks into the mountains and places to visit. The breakfast was simple home cooked on demand by the owner, but absolutely delicious. The beds were super comfy and the room was so quiet and peaceful. Great location - 5 minute walk to the old town and 10 minute walk to Poprad centre and the train station, which we used frequently on our trip to hike the Tatra Mountains and go sightseeing. On our last morning the owner even gave us a lift to the airport to catch our early flight. Highly recommend would most definitely come back, brilliant trip and stay.

There was a kettle in the room but no coffee sachets or tea bags which would have been a nice touch on arrival. The hot water takes a long time to come through to the shower and taps.

Single person in a large room with four beds. Basic clean accommodations. Option to purchase breakfast for 7 Euros. Free parking. Location on a quiet residential street. Able to walk to old town square which has restaurants. Host very friendly and nice to talk with.

Could not find hair dryer. Room had no coffee maker or tea kettle (which I did not need). Refrigerator in hall, but packed with food, so if one wanted to use it almost no space.

The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!
