What a beautiful property! The owners are lovely and accommodating. Seriously the best homemade croissants at breakfast!

Catastrophic!!!

We stayed at the hotel for one night only, but it was a very good experience. A very nice and comfortable place. We enjoyed the quietness and the beautiful area. The room was big with an enormous terrace with a beautiful view towards the sea. And all that for a very affordable price. We highly recommend this hotel - also for longer stays.

They put us i na shack by the pool. During the night bugs crawled through the cracks. I stayed awake all the night guarding my kids. Horrible place.

La struttura è nuova e accogliente, personale gentile.Da sottolineare che i proprietari hanno anche preparato una torta squisita senza glutine per colazione, essendo uno di noi intollerante; molto apprezzata. Unica pecca del soggiorno la ricezione del Wi-Fi non sempre impeccabile (a intermittenza e lenta).

We should never have chosen this hotel, we would never never have been in such a horror situation. We arrived in the evening about 1800 and the "General Manager" told us immediately that the booked Loft is not the best room they have.... he was right!!! We couldn't believe wagt we saw as we have been showed the room: a dark, hot mansarde room with two little roof windows.... the temparature was about 45 degrees in the room, the climate works only for 5 minutes. On the roof there have been about 40 doves, doves who were sitting on the windows, making noise and flying around. The lightning in the room is unprofessional (no LED lightning), so the room became a Sauna!! We asked to change the room - which the "General Manager" offered, for another 298 Euro more, so we had instead of an offer of 1229 Euro now an amount of 1527 Euro, for one week!!! After a night without sleeping (because of heat, of noisy doves, of crying cocks 4 o'clock in the morning, we decided to leave the hotel - and hoped with the "General Manager" find an solution. We offered hin to pay one night plus someone Extras...No way!!! He already charged the credit Card with the amount of 1229 Euro, on the 31th of july!!!!! And he said that he is not here for making fun, but for making business!!! He screamed, he insulted us and then, he sent us out of the hotel! We paid also for one horror night 1228 Euro. we had to go back to the hotel with the police, were false promises were made in front of the officer.

Not worth the money! It was expensive! But the worth thing was the owner! Not service minded at all! Seamed to be more intrested about our money. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. We do not recomed this hotel!

soggiorno molto positivo, avevo prenotato un loft l'unica nota negativa la non presenza di balconi ci sentivamo soffocare

Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta. Giardino lussureggiante con grande piscina e angolo relax. Camera spaziosa con bel balcone co affaccio sulla piscina e dal quale si poteva vedere il mare e Capalbio. Ottima colazione servita all'esterno, sotto un grazioso patio, con diverse torte fatte in casa. Per chi lo preferisce, c'è anche il salato. Personale molto gentile e premuroso. Molto consigliato.

Albergo carino e ben tenuta con una buona posizione, vista la breve distanza dal mare (pochi minuti di macchina). Il voto al servizio risente del fatto che arrivando prima dell'ora tuo del check-in non è consentito utilizzare la piscina (peraltro vuota, quindi senza causare sovraffollamento), aspetto sul quale molte strutture si dimostrano più flessibili. Per il resto, nulla da eccepire.
