This was an amazing place to stay. Super-clean, great location, wonderful breakfasts but best of all- all of the staff without exception, were thoughtful, helpful and utterly delightful. They certainly made the stay for us.

Great views, and very helpful staff! We stayed for two nights on our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The front desk was staffed 24x7, and had English-speaking staff who were all very helpful in arranging transport and making arrangements for dinners and activities.

Stayed 4 nights at the Midday Suite. The hotel delivered on all expectations and more! Friendly and very helpful staff; gorgeous breakfast; great room; amazing views; fantastic hot tub and lovely location high up in Pyrgos. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any higher!

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are excellent with great amenities; the hospitality even better. We could not have a better hotel for our holidays. The breakfast was also superb. Highly recommended for Easter holidays.

We stayed for 4 nights over Easter celebrations. The pictures on the web speak for themselves although the view is much more impressive. The really outstanding aspect of our stay was the stafff, really friendly and helpful, anticipating what we might need or want and quietly getting on with it- transfers, meals, car hire, bus timetables on holidays, Some of the highest level of unobtrusive service we have experienced

Wow!! Where do I even begin to describe what was quite possibly the most relaxing and amazing stay I've ever had. Santorini is a beautiful island and in Voreina you are well situated to the amazing historic town of Pyrgos with the Santos winery and picturesque hilltop views. From start to finish we were treated so well by all the staff, way before we arrived the excellent Margarita had already contacted us and sorted out our transfer to the hotel so we had a perfectly seamless arrival, we were driven by Petros another lovely member of the team whose wonderful wife had our room beautifully cleaned daily. The fab Dimitra was then on hand waiting late at night to personally show us into our suite and help us get settled in! We were pretty hungry on arrival so Claude drove us to the town and helped us learn the route - our first impressions were definitely great! Throughout the stay the staff were AMAZING and did everything they could to help, from ordering us dishes from the centre, Fira, to helping us plan our island excursions - we were literally spoilt! Finally we were also able to meet the manager Lefteriss who greeted us personally and even gave us a parting gift - a book on the historic town, Akrotiri - I'd mentioned to Margarita that I'd been fascinated by the town so this to me was just the icing on the cake! If you visit Santorini you definitely need to stay at this hotel - truly 5* customer service all the way. THANK YOU VOREINA !!!
