White Santorini

Calling this a 4-star hotel is a big stretch. Facilities were old, as were the beds, pillows, and bathroom towels, although the linens and pool towels were nice. The decor was nice and it fit the surroundings. Service was ok in the mornings, with a good, prompt breakfast and cleaning service, but the afternoon/evening staff was not knowledgeable or very helpful. The room service was fast, but low quality (think, frozen pizza made in the microwave kind of food).

The view will not disappoint and the location is perfect for walking to OIA and Fira. The only problem I would say is there is absolutely not parking which it makes it very stressful when you have rented a car. Air condition did not work which made for a very muggy room. Other than those two items it was great.

The service and friendlyness of the staff was superb!! They made up for any inconvenience that we could have experienced during our stay. Five stars to Cristine and Aran.

Spender stay, breakfast included couldn’t have been better. Not you standard breakfast you see most places. Great view and very clean and great customer service.

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in my life, they should remove the 5 star title that they believe they have.... because the truth is they don't have anything 5 stars. You only supposedly pay for a view, as the gentleman at the reception made it very clear to me. They should teach him a little about customer service because this person does not have even a little bit of education and customer service how to treat people you can get the same view anywhere in the cliff without having to waste your money with these scammers. The room is very small and is next to the bathroom, bathroom that has an unpleasant smell all day long, the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all for a 5 starts Hotel. I booked a room with a private pool which does not exist because the pool is inflatable hahahaha it is an insult to the client that a 5 Starts Hotel that charges an average of €500 per night is ridiculous that they offer this type of services the room has no privacy at all because you share the same patio with the room next door and with the restaurant that is next to the room where people walk all day in front of your face, even the people who stayed next to my room suffered from the same problems that I had were very upset by the facilities and their high cost without having value of what they offer so do yourself a favor don't waste your money staying in White Santorini take your time and you will find something much better for the same money or less you will thank me later.
